Sharon is committed to fostering a culture of excellence in care, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment for both people we support and people we employ. Sharon has over 25 years’ experience across health, social care and hospital settings. In her last role before joining ZTC, Sharon developed both teams and services to meet the demands of patients, commissioners and regulatory bodies. She has operated at senior executive level for the past 10 years in both public and private healthcare settings.

Her most notable roles were held in The Regard Group, MyLife Supported Living and Active Care Group before joining ZTC in March 2023. Sharon’s ability to flex her approach to suit differing situations and challenges has inspired her teams to deliver successful outcomes.
