Rascasse is a large property in Silver End situated down a quiet road, overlooking fields to both the front and rear. The grounds extend over 3 acres and there is a patio area at the rear overlooking extensive gardens with swings, trampoline, go-karts and a zip slide. The home has the advantage of being located in a rural setting along with excellent community facilities in Silver End, including a small supermarket, post office, library and pubs. There are excellent bus links to the local towns and the town of Witham is 5 minutes drive away, with more extensive shopping facilities and many leisure facilities. From Witham there is a train link to London. There are other facilities within easy reach, such as churches, sports and leisure facilities, beaches and marina, hairdressers, colleges and parks. The main house has two floors and houses five people and the annexe (Rascasse Lodge) has two bedrooms.
