Regional Manager

Toni has over 20 years’ experience working with both children and adults with complex needs. Toni has worked in a variety of operational roles within Zero Three Care Homes, most recently as Localities and Registered Manager before taking the post of Regional Manager in 2025. Toni has both improved quality of service provision and led teams to success, both at service and regional level. Toni’s dedication to the people we support is commendable and her success comes from her desire to see people thrive and achieve what is important to them.
