Michelle has worked with ZTC since 2018, specializing in supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of staff within the business. With a strong focus on building a positive and inclusive work culture, Michelle plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the organisation’s mission to provide high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities. Michelle works alongside the senior management team as well as service managers to provide support with employee relations. Michelle also manages the training for all staff within ZTC ensuring that all staff are trained to a high standard and are provided with the tools that they require to deliver high quality care and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
