Regional Manager

Gemma began her career at ZTC in 2007 and is the longest serving employee in the company. Gemma started her journey as a support worker, before progressing to senior support worker, deputy manager and registered manager, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in direct care, team leadership, and operational management. Gemma is responsible for managing and supporting care teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously improving care practices across the company. Gemma has been in her current role of Regional Manager since 2019 overseeing services within the residential portfolio as well as the Domiciliary Care services. Gemma has a track record of delivering positive regulatory outcomes as well as continued positive outcomes for people we support and people we employ.
